More than thirty years of Financial Management experience. Formerly Director of Finance for four golf resort facilities owned and operated by the PGA of America and currently Chief Financial Officer for Shadow Wood Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida — a 54-hole high-end private country club. Fulfilled the roles of both Director of Finance for PGA Golf Properties and Chief Operating Officer for the PGA's Florida operations.

Solid background in financial reporting, financial analysis, implementation of internal controls, and improving financial reporting systems for all subsidiaries — allowing senior management to make better long-term strategic and short-term financial decisions.

Credited with assisting in stabilizing and growing revenues while lowering costs significantly through increased efficiencies, and developing a customer-centric approach that drives real value for the business.

Matthew Spiers

Matthew Spiers brings over seven years of extensive experience in Financial Management and Analysis, demonstrating a strong ability to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Previously a Revenue Management Consulting Analyst at Enterprise Holdings, Inc., he honed his skills in financial reporting, internal controls, and cost management.

Evan Lasher

Evan is a highly experienced CPA with a diverse background in private and public accounting. He brings expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and due diligence, making him adept at managing complex financial scenarios and formulating strategic solutions. As CFO for Consolidated Credit Counseling Services, Inc., Evan oversaw multi-million dollar fiscal planning, audits, and intricate tax matters.

In previous roles at Alpha Staffing and Employee Solutions, Kaplan University, and Fairfield Resorts, Evan managed accounting processes, implemented strategic planning initiatives, and ensured compliance across various entities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Since 2018, Evan has served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of Parkland Cares, Inc., a non-profit awarding grants to local agencies providing mental health services and trauma counseling in the South Florida community.

Jason P. Davies, FCCA

Jason Davies is a senior finance executive with more than thirty years of experience leading financial operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth across global entertainment and leisure brands. He is best known for his long tenure with Merlin Entertainments Group, where he served as Finance Director for both LEGOLAND® Florida Resort and Alton Towers Resort — two of the company's largest and most complex properties.

At LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Jason oversaw all financial functions for a multi-entity resort spanning a theme park, water park, three hotels, and the Peppa Pig Theme Park. He drove improved audit ratings, delivered consistent EBITDA growth through disciplined cost management, supported multimillion-dollar investment proposals, and led the consolidation of finance operations that produced significant annual savings.

He began his career in Public Practice and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Originally from the UK and now based in Tennessee, Jason brings a blend of strategic insight, operational rigor, and collaborative leadership to every organization he supports.

Chris Nunes

Chris Nunes brings more than 15 years of financial leadership experience spanning hospitality, food service, nonprofit, and public sector organizations. Since 2015 he has served as Finance Director of 80/20 Consulting Group, providing CFO and controller services to a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from national brands like SC Johnson, Armstrong Flooring, and Wahlburgers to fine dining, eCommerce, and nonprofit organizations — with deep expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and financial modeling.

Chris's background is especially strong in multi-unit food service and hospitality finance. As Finance Manager at Unidine Corporation, he oversaw the financial performance and contract compliance of 200 contracts totaling $300 million in revenue, and as Controller at Compass Group he managed the financial performance of 100 food service contracts generating $85 million in revenue. Earlier in his career, he served as chief budget officer for the Town of Concord and managed a $20+ million budget for the Public Schools of Brookline, where he delivered $750,000 in direct savings in a single fiscal year.

Chris holds a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Amérily Clemente-Falcón, MBA is a strategic finance and accounting executive with extensive experience leading financial operations, organizational growth, and operational performance across service-driven and hospitality-focused environments. With a strong background in controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll administration, and process optimization, she has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets while supporting executive leadership and driving operational excellence.

Passionate about innovation in finance, Amérily particularly enjoys integrating technology into accounting and business operations to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, workflow automation, and overall operational effectiveness. She has experience implementing and optimizing modern financial systems, reporting tools, and process-improvement initiatives that enhance both operational performance and the client experience.

Recognized for her collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset, Amérily combines technical accounting expertise with strong business and operational insight. Her areas of expertise include financial management, budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance, payroll operations, internal controls, financial process improvement, and organizational administration.

Amérily holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is an active member of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), Club Management Association of America (CMAA), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), reflecting her continued commitment to professional excellence, innovation, leadership, and the evolving relationship between finance, operations, and human resources.
